A Russian scientist is trying to convince people they can change the world simply by using their own energy. He claims that thinking in a certain way can have a positive or negative effect on the surrounding environment. "We are developing the idea that our consciousness is part of the material world and that with our consciousness we can directly influence our world," said Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, a professor of physics at St. Petersburg State Technical University. To bridge our understanding of the unseen world of energy, scientific experiments are being carried out using a technique called bioelectrophotography. Deep at the centre of my being,

The supply is endless.

I lovingly feed it nourishing foods and beverages,

responds to me with vibrant health and energy.

"In these “End Times”, there are many Great Beings Of Light who are radiating waves of very high-frequency energy into the Mother Earth to help her (and our physical bodies which are part of her’s) to raise her vibrational frequency to the point where she can make a quantum leap, to become a fourth dimensional planet."

These powerful energies, which arrive at irregular intervals, enter the Mother Earth via the chakra systems of the lightworkers incarnate here, many of whom have taken incarnation solely to act as channels for that Light. They enter via the Higher Chakras, and descend via the Higher Heart into the Crown chakra and the system of lower chakras, to the Root and the Earth Star chakras; to energise the planetary energy grid system.
It can be seen from this that if there is any blockage in this path of descent, these powerful energies will back up and cause problems in the chakra system, which will manifest as physical symptoms.
In most of us, our lower chakras are not accustomed to handling such high energies, and they tend to wobble as they are a little misaligned with our Higher Chakras,and this can result in physical symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, headache, Migraine, fatigue, and aches and pains in the joints and the back. Evenually, the lower chakras will come into alignment with the Higher Chakras, and the physical symptoms will be alleviated.
The main point of blockage is between the Root chakra and the energy grid system of Mother Earth. This is because many lightworkers dont ground themselves adequately before starting to work on clearing their chakras.
A return path must be provided for these high energies to flow into Mother Earth; in providing that path, you do your part to raise her vibrational frequency, and bring about the dimensional shift.
Here is a simple visualisation to ground yourself :-
 
After clearing your Root chakra, draw back the transmuted Light into that chakra and expand it into a star of bright Red Light; then radiate that Light down (Using your hands) into your Earth Star chakra, just beneath your feet; expand it into a star of dark, Cherry-Red Light; then, from that chakra, send down into the Heart of Mother Earth, a stout anchor chain, and anchor it there with a twist of your wrist. Then draw up the Kundalini with your hands, all the way up to your Crown chakra, and tie it up in a knot there. Then sweep the dark, out of balance energies, down your sides into the Mother Earth, to be transmuted to Light in her four Elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water. After this grounding visualisation, you can proceed with the remainder of your chakra work from the Sacral chakra, upward.
This grounding should be done each morning, or at any time before doing any chakra work. This will minimise the impact of the incoming high energies, on your chakra system and your physical body; and you will also be doing your bit to bring about the dimensional shift of Humankind and the Mother Earth.
